This notice explains how Commercial Finance Class handles information from school visitors and students.
Information you provide
We keep your account details, enrollment, lesson progress, quiz results and the work you save in the school’s tools. Stripe processes payments; we receive payment status and limited billing details, rather than your full card number. We also keep support correspondence and device information used to protect student access.
Contact forms collect your name, reply address, selected topic and message. These messages are encrypted in storage and available to our administrators in a private inbox so we can review and respond to your request.
How we use and store information
We use this information to provide the class and tools, maintain your progress, process purchases, send account messages and protect the service. The school and Broker Websites share account infrastructure and a Firebase database, with school records stored in separate collections. Financial package contents are encrypted in storage. Access to your private work requires authorization.
Analytics and browser storage
School visitor analytics is currently disabled. The school does not send visits to the Broker Websites Google Analytics property.
School analytics excludes sign-in, lessons, tools, accounts, receipts and administrative pages. We do not send student names, email addresses, borrower information or financial packages to Google Analytics. Other cookies support sign-in, device protection and checkout; tool drafts may use browser storage.
Service providers and your choices
Providers including Firebase, Vercel, Stripe and our email service process information to operate the school. We do not sell your personal information. You can block analytics cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out tool. Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information; some transaction and security records may need to be retained.
